Products are dispatched from our warehouse at 296 Murray Street, Hobart TAS 7000, Australia, or from our international logistics partner HENAN YANGZHIHAN TRADING Co., LTD, based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.
Delivery options:
We offer 2 delivery methods to most regions:
UNITED KINGDOM
- Free delivery – Estimated delivery time: 7 to 12 working days
- Express delivery (priority) – Estimated delivery time: 5 to 9 working days
All delivery options include comprehensive shipping protection covering loss, theft and damage in transit. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to start a claim.
Delivery times and charges:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Final delivery charges and the available delivery methods will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1–5 working days before dispatch.
Tracking information:
Tracking numbers are issued when the order is dispatched, but it may take up to 72 working hours for the information to appear in the delivery company’s system. External factors such as customs, weather and delays with local carriers may affect delivery times. These factors are beyond our control.

Once the delivery company records an order as “Delivered”, we are not responsible for stolen or lost parcels. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address at checkout.
